Care Guide: Hand wash only - Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave. never submerge in water. Do not use bleach or abrasive chemicals, alcohol or condition with standard oil such as vegetable oil, sesame oil, or olive oil.
It is good practice to apply food grade mineral oil to boards occasionally. Your board must be dry before doing this. Regular cleaning and drying Use a sponge or cloth with warm soapy water to gently clean the board.
Once done, use a clean cloth or sponge to soak up any remaining water. It is important to dry your board correctly. Either place your board on a rack to dry like a plate or alternatively dry the board standing upright on its edge.
Never place a board without feet face down on a counter to dry. This will result in uneven drying, and a warped or split board.
